indoor swimming.
packing meat.
Dinner at Buddakan in the meatpacking district with my adorable god kids.. Major sideboobin’ it.
I gave my niece Kaila a petticoat to match mine and she innovatively wore it as a top.
She might be the coolest 10-year-old I have ever met.
At ten years old, I was collecting rocks and making creepy baby books for my pet iguana. I even laminated “Iggy’s first skin flakes” because I saw a lock of hair from my first cut in my own baby book. Reptilian skin flakes.. Baby hair… same shiz.

walking the highline.

Spent an afternoon walking from the Meatpacking Distract all the way to Midtown on The High Line..
The High Line is an aerial greenway/ park built over what was once railroad tracks.. So thoughtfully designed and sweet. Sigh I wish LA had something like this…
On the way there, we stopped by every single dessert shop under the pretense of actually purchasing something — we just sampled everything! No shame whatsoever.

let’s just move to NYC already.
Zipped around NYC and back all within 48 hours.. Luckily I avoided LA’s “carmageddon”, which was about as uneventful as the Y2k scare. Apparently, all freeways were wide and clear all weekend.. ohhh the power of American media + fear.
Suffering hard core New York withdrawals. Momofuku milk cereal soft serve might have changed my life (and waistline).. Fell in love walking over The High Line.. and might have gotten a little out of hand jumping into the pool at 3am at the Boom Boom Room.
My feet are calloused from practically walking the entire city and my tummy is still full from the multiple dinners and gelato breaks..
More piccies to come but these are my personal faves from the weekend..
I love when special moments are captured (special moments = fake laughing).. but really.. these are photos I will look at years from now and be really happy that I forced my little cousin Fargo to sit there and take photographs in the perfect West Village light.

Monday Playlist!
mermaid!
Mermaid scales provide much needed boobage padding. That’s always a plus!
Bought this bikini at the Rose Bowl last month for $10. I’ve never seen anything like it.. Debating if I wanna re-wear it for Halloween and be an actual mermaid with an icy blue long wig and fitted/flared out scale skirt. Costumes are no joking matter for me and I spend a lot of energy making sure mine are always creative and homemade!
Big thanks to the 8-Minute Abs youtube video for motivating me to complete my set of core workouts #WANNABEgymrat4life

in the flesh.
If only I had shiny peach pants with rhinestones allover.. with Britney’s body circa 2001 at the VMA’s.. when I looked up at the TV a decade ago and thought to myself.. “wow I’ve never wanted to be anyone else more than I do right now..”
I don’t care how many people talk shit about her, she was my pre-pubescent idol and I will never forget how much she inspired me at a young age to tie up my shirt and reveal my tubby rice belly and shake my hips.
There’s my dorky laptop peaking in the corner. How sweet is my laptop skin by Camilla d’Errico ? Don’t judge me for liking uncomfortably young/sexy anime girls.
This one resonated with me most because she has messy hair, is wearing a girly dress and is surrounded by all sorts of exotic pets. Only thing missing is bright red lips and this would be me exemplified into a cartoon.
